William C. Finch

William C. Finch, Sr., age 70, of Montello, died Thursday, October 7,2004, at Aurora Medical Center in Oshkosh. He was born May 17, 1934, in Dowagiac, MI, the son of Francis and Gertrude Griffiths Finch. On August 2, 1954, he married Mary E. Hoeft in Milwaukee. Mr. Finch was employed by Georgia Pacific Corporation, retiring in 1996, after 44 years of service.
He was the beloved husband of Mary and proud and loving father of William (Christine) Finch, Jr., of West Bend. He is also survived by two granddaughters: Jennifer (Scott) Crossman of Fond du Lac, and Melissa (Friend Ben Barth) Finch, of West Bend; three brothers: Francis Finch of Milwaukee, Thomas (Barbara) Finch of Eldorado, AR, and Roger (Cathy) Finch of Milwaukee; three half-sisters: Pat of Ohio, and Peggy and Sue of Milwaukee; a half-brother, Jim of Milwaukee; his step-mother, Cyrilla Finch of Milwaukee; and nieces and nephews. Preceding him in death were his mother, father, and a sister-in-law, Diana Finch.
Funeral Information
