Maybe-Just-Maybe
A poem written by Richard Drew in 2007
As you set sail for
Your new life
Maybe just maybe you’ll
Look back
Once or twice
But if just maybe
Your sail loses its wind
Set a new course and
Start sailing again
And when you find
What you’ve been looking for
Maybe just maybe you’ll
Look back just once more
And-there in the distance…
Like a lighthouse…I’ll stand
With every beat of my…heart
To you…My Love…A signal I’ll send.
