Dawn M. Peterson

Dawn M. Peterson, 52, died Saturday, October 7, 2017 at St. Agnes Hospital in Fond du Lac. She was born in Beaver Dam on June 19, 1965 to Reuben and Marjorie (Frank) Schultz. On September 10, 2008, she married Paul Peterson in Sierverville, Tenn.



Dawn loved crafting, gardening, nature and photography. She also enjoyed the annual family trips taken to Tennessee. Dawn was a member of Edgewood Community Church in Fond du Lac. For 30 years, she worked for Brenner Tank as a Human Resources Manager.



Survivors include her husband, Paul; daughter, Katy Polakoski and son Nate Polakoski; 5 siblings, Sandy, Chuck, Sue (Al), Mike (Pam) and Randy (Jane); her mother, Marjorie; 1 brother-in-law, Wayne (Laura); many nieces, nephews and friends; and her beloved dogs, Otis and Frankie.



She was preceded in death by her father, Reuben; a brother-in-law, Larry; and a sister-in-law, Connie.



Visitation will be held from 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM on Thursday, October 12, 2017 at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home, 524 N. Park Ave. in Fond du Lac. A Celebration of Dawn’s Life will begin at 7:00 PM with Pastor Jeremy Thompson officiating. Cremation has taken place. Private family burial will take place in Highland Memory Gardens in Beaver Dam.
