Patricia Ann "Pat" Stephany

Patricia Ann “Pat” Stephany, age 68, of Fond du Lac, died Sunday, October 15, 2017, at St. Agnes Hospital. She was born on January 8, 1949, in Fond du Lac, the daughter of Roman and Ruth (Saltzwadel) Stephany. Pat was a 1967 graduate of Goodrich High School. She worked at St. Agnes Hospital for forty-three years as a pharmacy technician. She was an avid Green Bay Packers fan. Pat devoted her life to ensuring the happiness of others including her family and friends and the many students at St. Mary’s that she taught religious education to for twenty-five years.



Survivors include two brothers, Dan (Julie) Stephany, Dave (Christine) Stephany; one sister, Linda Stephany; nieces and nephews, Amy (Josh) Ackerman, Joseph (Ashley) Stephany, Kimberly Stephany, Benjamin Stephany; great-nephews, Dominick, Treylon, Mekhi, and Jayce Ackerman; great-niece, Aaliyah Stephany; and many other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; and many aunts and uncles.



Visitation will take place on Wednesday, October 18, 2017 from 4-7 PM at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home, 524 N. Park Ave, Fond du Lac, WI, 54935. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Thursday, October 19, 2017 at 11:00 AM at St. Mary’s Church-Holy Family, 59 E. Merrill Ave, Fond du Lac, WI, 54935. Cremation has taken place and interment will take place at a later date at Chapel of the Risen Christ Mausoleum.
