Adam R. Breitrick

Adam R. Breitrick, 23, of Prescott, AZ and formerly of Fond du Lac, WI, died Monday, January 23, 2017. He was born April 30, 1993 in Fond du Lac, the son of Richard and Deborah Dickson Breitrick. Adam graduated in 2012 from Abeka Academy. He was a member of Church of Our Saviour. Adam was a music enthusiast who enjoyed playing guitar, saxophone and singing. He played in a jazz band and went to many concerts. Adam also enjoyed writing poetry and music, playing Frisbee golf, snowboarding, hiking, camping, fishing, traveling, and dogs. Adam loved his nephew, Elijah and also loved helping others through addiction and finding their Higher Power.



He is survived by his parents, Richard and Deborah Breitrick of Fond du Lac; two sisters, Alexandra and Alyssa, both of Fond du Lac; one brother, Austin of Fond du Lac; his nephew, Elijah; maternal grandparents, Jack and Sandy Dickson of Wild Rose; paternal grandparents, Norman and Mary Breitrick of Schofield; his special friend, Amanda Masse of Prescott, AZ; aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives, and many special friends in Prescott and Fond du Lac. He was preceded in death by his maternal and paternal great grandparents.



The visitation will be held from 1:00 – 3:00 PM on Sunday, January 29, 2017 at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home.

The funeral service will be held at 3:00 PM on Sunday, January 29, 2017 at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home with Vicar Connie Weiss officiating. Cremation will follow the traditional services.



In lieu of flowers a memorial will be established in Adam’s name.
