Agnes R Doyle

Agnes R. Doyle, 88, of Fond du Lac, died Sunday, September 25, 2016 at Touchstone Living Center in North Fond du Lac. She was born October 30, 1927 in Taycheedah, the daughter of Charles and Agnes Michaels Hess. On November 16, 1946 she married James M. Doyle in Fond du Lac and he preceded her in death on March 27, 1984 at the age of 57. Agnes enjoyed working in the yard and polka dancing.



She is survived by one daughter, Marge Steffen of Oshkosh; two sons, Ron (Kathy) Doyle of Fond du Lac and Dennis Doyle, her best friend of Fond du Lac; one sister, Carol (Larry) Maas of Taycheedah; sister-in-law, Karen Hess of Fond du Lac; two grandchildren, Gina Olson and Angie (John) Sheppard; four great grandchildren, Mark (Bri) Olson, Samantha Olson, Ashley and Matthew Sheppard; one great grandchild, Harmony Olson. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, James; three sisters, Mary (Servey) Schneider, Millie (Donald) Krueger, and Shirley (Armin) Wojahn; two brothers, Chuck (Ann) Hess and Joe Hess.



The visitation will be held Thursday, September 29, 2016 from 11:00 am – 1:00 pm at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home. A time of remembrance will be held at 1:00 pm. Entombment will follow at Chapel of the Risen Christ Mausoleum, Calvary Cemetery.
