Anita V. Lang, 83, of North Fond du Lac, died on Tuesday, January 23, 2007, at the Hospice Home of Hope. She was born November 23, 1923, in Town of Lanark, Portage County, the daughter of Julius E. and Edna M. Yorton Wild. On May 17, 1947, she married Arthur E. Lang at St. Patrick's Church in Fond du Lac. He preceded her in death on May 15, 1984. Mrs. Lang was a member of Lighthouse Christian Church. She volunteered for the North Fond du Lac Senior Center for eight years, and was a former member of the Knights of Columbus Auxiliary. Infant Socks, the Archery Factory in North Fond du Lac, and H.C. PRANGE COMPANY, previously employed her. She enjoyed reading, her Bible study group at church, fishing and traveling.Surviving are two daughters, Susan (Daniel) Kreye of Bloomington, MN, and Kerry (Michael) Huber of Fond du Lac, a son, Todd (Debbie) Lang of Ripon, six grandchildren, Andrew (Kak) and Lindsey Kreye, Robert (Tanya) Kimball, and Amanda Lang, Becky (Chad) Anhalt and Shawn Huber. She is further survived by six great-grandchildren, Maliya Kreye, Kaylee and Kayden Kimball, Jacob Huber, and Grace and Joshua Anhalt, two sisters, Dorothy Lobajeski and Jean (Kenneth) Rosenthal, both of North Fond du Lac. Also surviving are numerous nieces, nephews, and other close relatives and friends. Her parents, husband, one infant sister, Beverly Wild, and a brother, Gerald Wild, preceded her in death.



Visitation for Mrs. Anita V. Lang will be on Thursday, January 25, 2007, from 4 to 8 pm at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home, and on Friday, January 26, from 9:30 to 10:30 am at Lighthouse Christian Church. Funeral services will be at 10:30 am on Friday at the church. The Rev. Richard Balken will officiate and burial will be in Estabrooks Cemetery.
