Audrey R. Wilson

April 7, 2001 — May 27, 2017

Audrey R. Wilson, 16, died Saturday, May 27, 2017. She was born in Appleton on April 7, 2001 to Mark and Dana Wilson.

The world has lost a gigantic talent, who didn’t have the opportunity to realize her full potential. Audrey Rose Wilson was admired for her enormous creativity, which she expressed through her love of music, art, theatre and writing. Audrey was known for her big heart, whether it was for her friends or animals, she was always willing to stand up for the underdog. Audrey loved adventure, the outdoors, and her sports that included judo and Fond du Lac Rugby. She was admired for her personal strength, her witty sense of humor (“your mom”), her character and her independence.

Audrey is survived by her parents, Mark and Dana Wilson; sister, Erika Wilson; brother, Rick Wilson; brother, Alex Wilson; grandparents, Allen and Becky Wilson; grandmother, Lynn Parker; great-grandmother, Johanna Parker; dozens of aunts, uncles, cousins and hundreds of friends, all of whom will always love, miss, and cherish her memory deeply.

Visitation for Audrey will be held from 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM on Saturday, June 3, 2017 at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home, 524 N. Park Ave. in Fond du Lac. Cremation has taken place.

Our family would be honored if donations were made to NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness) or the Fond du Lac Humane Society in Audrey's name.
