Aurelia M. Krebsbach

August 24, 1926 — September 28, 2018

Aurelia Margaret (Dickrell) Krebsbach, age 92, passed away peacefully on Friday September 28, 2018 at Hospice Home of Hope. She was born August 24th, 1926, the 8th oldest of 16 children of Norma and Nicholas Dickrell. She married Wilmer H. Krebsbach on June 10th, 1946 in St. Anna and were married for 71 years. Wilmer preceded Aurelia in death on August 22, 2017.

Aurelia enjoyed baking, crafts, sewing, gardening and attending to her flowers. In earlier years she volunteered at the church and grade school where she taught knitting and crocheting to the students. She enjoyed to travel and polka dance.

Survivors include her five children: Lyle (Penny) Krebsbach, James (Peggy) Krebsbach, Wayne (Jane) Krebsbach, Cheryl (Mike) Krueger and Sharon (Jim) Lundwall.

Ten grandchildren: John (Angela) Krebsbach, Kerry (Mark) Kattelman, Jennifer (Jonathan) Leisses, Scott (Heather) Krebsbach, Pam (Ryan) Shukoski, Jason (Heide) Skarda, DeAnna (Todd) Koplien, Brian (Amy) Krueger, Melissa (special friend Willie) Lundwall, Heather (Michael) Richardson.

Ten great-grandchildren: Preston Krebsbach, Skyler and Kaylee Shukoski, Isaac Krebsbach, Addison (Rottier)Skarda, Ava Skarda, Twins Landon and Harper Koplien, Twins Sylas and Hadley Richardson, and the upcoming blessing of an additional grandchild Baby Richardson due in February 2019.

Brothers and sister-In-laws: Nicholas (Mary) Dickrell, Roman (Rosella) Dickrell, Cletus Dickrell, Donald (Ginny) Dickrell, Marlene Dickrell. Sisters and brother-in-law: Sister Imelda Ann Dickrell, Theresa (Glenroy) Greuel and many nieces and nephews.

One brother-in-law Elroy Krebsbach and one sister-in-law Rosanne Roehrig.

She was preceded in death by her parents Norma and Nicholas Dickrell. Brothers and sister-in-Iaws: Clement Dickrell (infant), Clarence (Luella) Dickrefl, Leo Dickrell, Sisters-in-law: Rose Dickrell, Sisters and brother-in-Iaws: Martha (Edward) Kasprzak, MaryAnn Mytko, Elvira (Laverne) Minor, Cyrina (Hank) Turek, Ermina (Roland) Mekka, Imelda (AI) Faust.

Mother and father-in-law William and Martha (Buechel) Krebsbach. Brothers and sister in laws: Erwin (Lucina) Krebsbach, Cyril (Dottie) Krebsbach, Rosie Krebsbach. Sister and brother in laws: Rita (Gary) Endries, Lloyd Roehrig.

Visitation will take place on Thursday, October 4, 2018 from 9:30 AM until 11:00 AM at Sacred Heart Church-Holy Family, 200 S. Peters Ave, Fond du Lac, WI, 54935. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow the visitation at the church at 11:00 AM. Burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery.

The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Dr. Heather Schmidt all her years of guidance and care.

In lieu of flowers a Memorial has been established at Holy Family Catholic Community with intentions for Sacred Heart Church.
