Beverly A. Corcoran

Beverly A. Corcoran, age 75, of 570 Taylor Ct, Fond du Lac, WI passed away Thursday, May 22, 2008 at her residence. She was born on April 11, 1933 in Elizabeth, IL the daughter of Edward G. and Iva L. (Dick) Ehredt. Beverly lived in Elizabeth until approximately 1951 before moving to Oelwein, IA. She lived there until moving to Fond du Lac in 1963. On November 28, 1953 she married Earl L. Corcoran in Nashua, IA. He preceded her in death on August 6, 1999. Beverly was a past member of 1st Presbyterian Church. Beverly shared her creative crafts and home making gifts to her friends and family as well as donating 658 knitted hats for newborns at St. Agnes Hospital. SURVIVORS: her daughter, Vicki Corcoran of Fond du Lac, two grandchildren, Trevor Kroll of Chicago, and Colleen Kroll of Fond du Lac, brother, Charles (Mary Ellen) Ehredt of Rock Island, IL, sister, Donna (Homer) Thomas of Lakewood, OH, brother in law, George (Eleanor) Corcoran of Hazelton, IA, and many loved nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, one son, Lee A. Corcoran, one daughter, Dee Ann Corcoran, one sister, Mary Ellen Elder, and one brother, Wayne R. Ehredt.



VISITATION: Sunday, May 25, 2008 from 5-7 P.M. at Community Church, N6717 Streblow Dr, Fond du Lac followed by a prayer service. A visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 27, 2008 from 9-10 A.M. with funeral service to follow at Jamison-Schmitz Funeral Home, 221 N. Frederick Ave, Oelwein, IA. Burial will follow the service at Floral Hills Cemetery, Hazelton, IA.In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Hospice Hope, Fond du Lac.Uecker-Witt Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
