Carol A. Ouellette

Carol Ann Ouellette, 45, of Fond du Lac, died Thursday, July 12, 2012 at her residence. She was born January 1, 1967 in Chicago, IL, the daughter of Alcide and Lillian LeBlanc Ouellette. Carol enjoyed fishing and loved to spend time with her family.SURVIVORS: her mother, Lillian; one daughter, Christian (Christopher) Janowski, Oshkosh; one son, Jeffrey Ouellette, Fond du Lac; two grandchildren, Destiny and Joshua; one sister, Linda Ouellette, North Fond du Lac; three brothers, Roland Ouellette, Fond du Lac, Leon Ouellette, Fond du Lac, Danny Ouellette, Colorado. She was preceded in death by her father, Alcide.
