David A. Knuth, 60, of Lomira, died Tuesday, November 2, 2021, at his residence with family by his side. He was born on October 2, 1960, the son of LeRoy and Evelyn (Kollmann) Knuth in Elgin, IL. On July 8, 1989, he married Carol Trauba at St. Theresa Catholic Church in Theresa, WI. David loved his job in law enforcement that spanned over 30 years, which included being Chief of Police in Lomira, WI. He was a member of Lighthouse Christian Church. David enjoyed spending time with his family, weightlifting, hiking, and being an outdoorsman.



He is survived by his wife, Carol; two sons, Steven (Cori) and Matthew (Blythe Hephner) Knuth; two grandchildren, Marcus and Vera; brother, Chuck (Heidi) Knuth; sister, Nancy (George) Holtz; and many nieces, nephews and other relatives. He was preceded in death by his parents, LeRoy and Evelyn; and sister, Lori Knuth.



The visitation will be held on Friday, November 5, 2021, from 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM at Lighthouse Christian Church. The funeral service will follow the visitation at 5:00 PM at the church. Cremation will follow the service.
