Diane R. "Pani" Cholewinski

March 16, 1947 — May 5, 2006

Diane R. "Pani" Cholewinski, 59, of Fond du Lac, entered into Eternal life on Friday, May 05, 2006, at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was born March 16th, 1947, in Fond du Lac the daughter of the late Earl and Marie Chapin. On July 23rd, 1982, she married her beloved husband, Theordore H. "Papa" Cholewinski. Their wedding vows were renewed May 4th, 2006. Diane was a devoted stay at home mother to her beautiful son, Jonathan Anthony, who was the greatest joy of her life. She is also survived by her husband, Ted, three daughters, Colette (Wiener-Kubelt) Taylor, her children Jacob, Bradley and Devan, R. Shelly (Mark) Lancaster, and their son Ted, and Carrie (Chris) Gau, and their sons Trevor and Sammy, as well as countless foster babies over the last decade. She is further survived by her life-long best friend Joanne Sheridan. Her parents, a brother, David, and her beloved Cocker Spaniel, Sophia preceded her in death. Mom strived for perfection in all she touched. She enjoyed being a Mother. She loved to cook, shop, decorate, re-decorate, sew, knit, read, and most of all spend time with her friends and family.



Mrs. Diane R. "Pani" Cholewinski will lie instate on Sunday, May 7, 2006, from 4 to 8 pm at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home, and on Monday, May 8th, from 9:30 to 10:30 am at Sacred Heart Church. A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:30 am at the church. The Rev. Patrick Heppe of Holy Family Parish will officiate and cremation will follow. A memorial has been established in Diane's name.
