Donald E. "Don" Abraham

DONALD "DON" E. ABRAHAMDonald "Don" E. Abraham, 73, of 550 Lake Street, died Monday, October 9, 2006 at St. Agnes Hospital. He was born on June 30,1933 in Fond du Lac the son of Edward and Adele Kleist Abraham. Don was a graduate of North Fond du Lac High School .Don was a cabinetmaker for Jorgenson's Lumber prior to being owner/operator of Wood-All Lumber for 43 years. He enjoyed his dog Sara and his pontoon boat up north. Don loved children, animals and had a wonderful sense of humor.Survived by his four children, Lon M. Abraham, Fond du Lac, Lisa M. Abraham, Milwaukee, Daniel D. (Tish) Abraham, Sacramento, CA, and Franci Abraham, Sacramento, CA, eight grandchildren, seven adopted grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren. Don is further survived by his sweetheart of 26 years, Marilyn "Merle" Schwartz, Fond du Lac, two brothers, Alder Abraham, Nevada, Albert (Virginia) Abraham, Wheeling, IL nieces and nephews. Don was preceded in death by his parents, a sister and brothers.



Friends may call on Friday, October 13,2006 from 5:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at the Uecker-Witt Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, October 14,2006 at 11:00 A.M. at the funeral home with Intern Kristopher Madsen officiating. Entombment will follow in the Shrine of Rest Mausoleum.Uecker-Witt Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
