Donald J. Ledden

Donald J. Ledden, age 63, of Eldorado, died Saturday, February 25, 2023, at St. Agnes Hospital. He was born on April 3, 1959, in Fond du Lac, the son of Dale and Donna (Parsons) Ledden. On March 15, 1992, he married Jean Schuppe in Las Vegas. Don worked for 39 years at Mid-States Aluminum, retiring in November of 2021. He was well liked by everyone at work. Don loved hunting and fishing and spending time at their place up north. He enjoyed making yearly trips to Las Vegas. Most of all Don loved his family and enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren.

Survivors include his wife, Jean; his children, Jenny (Darrell) Reinhold, Daniel (Jennie) Thompson, Chad (Michelle Schneider) Thompson; his grandchildren, Brendon (fiancé Kazoua Kue) Ledden, Camden Faymoville, Lydia Thompson, Addison Thompson, Natalie Thompson. Grandpa’s little buddy Chase Thompson, Austin, Colton, and Connor Reinhold; his siblings, Richard (Barbara) Ledden, Dennis (Lisa Holtz) Ledden, Daniel “Moe” Ledden, Dale (Kathy) Ledden, Dawn (Pete Feldner) Ledden; in-laws, Roger and Janet Wagner, Pat Shaver; and many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; one sister, Debbie; brother-in-law, Ray Shaver; and his favorite dog, Sophie.

Visitation will take place on Monday, March 13, 2023, from 2:00 PM until 4:30 PM at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home. A funeral service will follow the visitation at the funeral home at 4:30 PM. Cremation has taken place.
