Doris Barbara Passini

Mrs. Doris Barbara Passini, 87, a resident of Fond du Lac since 1972, wife of Attilio (Bepo) Passini, died on Sunday, May 8, 2016 at her home from congestive heart failure.

The former Doris Stephan was born September 11th, 1928 in Cascade, Wisconsin to the late Edmund and Irma Stephan and graduated from Plymouth High School in 1946. On May 21st, 1949, she married Attilio Passini and lived in the town of Mitchell until 1972. After the family moved to Fond du Lac, she worked as an Engineering Expeditor at Mercury Marine until she retired.

She was a member of Holy Family Church, Knights of Columbus Ladies Auxiliary, the Daughters of Isabella and the MACCW (Milwaukee Area Catholic Conference of Women).

Surviving are her husband; six children, Jeff (Debbie) Passini of Fort Worth, TX, Joli (Darryl Driscoll) Passini of Fond du Lac, Jennifer (Daniel) Siegel of Wauwatosa, Mitchell (Cathy) Passini of Rolla, MO, Amy (Michael Daub) Passini of Milwaukee, Patrice (David) Bolthouse of West Bend; Also surviving her are 19 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. Her three brothers also preceded her in death.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 12, 2016 from 4-8 P.M. at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home, 524 N. Park Ave, Fond du Lac, WI, 54935. Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, May 13, 2016, at 10:00 A.M. at Holy Family Church, 271 4th St. Way, Fond du Lac, WI, 54935. Entombment will follow at Chapel of the Risen Christ Mausoleum, Calvary Cemetery.
