Earl M. "Bud" Lindsley

Earl “Bud” M. Lindsley, 86, of North Fond du Lac, died Thursday, June 2, 2016 at Harbor Haven Rehabilitation Center. He was born August 13, 1929 in Fond du Lac, the son of Earl and Leona Eldridge Lindsley. Earl served in the U.S. Navy. He married Jean C. Smith on July 30, 1960 at Church of Peace and she preceded him in death on January 16, 2016. Earl worked for Mercury Marine until his retirement in 1986. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, working in his shed, and loved going to his grandchildren’s school activities.



He is survived by one son, Jim (Kathleen) Lindsley of North Fond du Lac; two grandchildren, Alex and Hannah Lindsley; siblings, nieces, nephews, and other relatives. He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife, Jean.



The visitation will be held from 11:00 am – 1:00 pm on Tuesday, June 7, 2016 at Shrine of Rest Mausoleum, Ledgeview Memorial Park. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm on Tuesday, June 7, 2016 at the Shrine of Rest Mausoleum. Entombment will follow.
