Edith Anne Rebedew

Edith Anne Rebedew, 64, of Fond du Lac, died Tuesday, August 22, 2017 at St. Luke’s Medical Center in Milwaukee. She was born July 16, 1953 in Fond du Lac, the daughter of Carl and Ruth (Berger) Majewski. On September 1, 2003 she married Michael C. Rebedew in Fond du Lac. Edith started her career at Grande Cheese and was currently working for Xerox. She was a past member of American Legion Ladies Auxiliary. Edith enjoyed crossword puzzles, going to the beach, getting her “wind therapy” riding motorcycle, watching Jeopardy and Wheel of Fortune, and loved spending time with her grandchildren and going to their many events.



She is survived by her husband, Mike; two sons, Nash (Kelly) Brunet and Graham Brunet, all of Fond du Lac; three step children, Amanda (Josh) Torres, Michael, Jr. (Anna) Rebedew, and Charles (Tiffany) Rebedew; seven grandchildren, Jewel, Alex, Anna, Eli, Madison, Paige, and Megan; two brothers, John Majewski of Mountain Home, AK and Richard (Sharon) Majewski of Fond du Lac; one sister, Mary (Tom) Morgan of Port St. Lucie, FL; brother-in-law, Jamie (Sue) Rebedew of Fond du Lac; sister-in-law, Joan (Roger) Wichlacz of West Bend; nieces, nephews, and other relatives. She was preceded in death by her parents and one grandson, Sebastian Brunet.



The visitation will be held from 4:00 – 7:00 PM on Friday, August 25, 2017 at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home and again on Saturday from 10:00 – 11:00 AM at the funeral home.

The funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, August 26, 2017 at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Estabrooks Cemetery.
