Elmer J. Lefeber

Elmer J. Lefeber Sr, age 86, died Wednesday, June 17, 2015 at Kindred Hearts Assisted Living in Fond du Lac. He was born on September 3, 1928 in Johnsburg, WI the son of Peter and Anna (Koenigs) Lefeber. On June 7, 1958 he married Rosemary Koehler in Marytown. She preceded him in death on March 28, 1981. He was a member of St. John the Baptist in Johnsburg and worked at Tecumseh. He enjoyed playing cards, bowling, and vintage steel.

SURVIVORS: four children, Elmer Lefeber of New Holstein, Karen Schwartz of Appleton, Leroy (Carol) Lefeber of Hartford, WI, and Larry (Nan) Lefeber of Appleton; two sisters, Francis Kiefenheim of Mt. Calvary, and Leona Meyer of Brillion; one brother, Martin (Elaine) Lefeber of Johnsburg; and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife Rosemary; four brothers, Richard, Alfred, Edwin, Bill; and one sister, Dorothy.

VISITATION: Monday, June 22, 2015 from 3-7 P.M. at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home, 524 N. Park Ave, Fond du Lac, WI, 54935. FUNERAL: Monday, June 22, 2015 at 7:00 P.M. at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home. Burial will take place on Tuesday at St. John the Baptist Parish Cemetery in Johnsburg.
