Evelyn L. Olig

Evelyn L. Olig, 79, of Fond du Lac, died Sunday, January 17, 2016 at St. Agnes Hospital. She was born December 16, 1936 in Mt. Calvary, the daughter of Albert and Laura Koenigs Konen. She was a graduate of St. Mary’s Springs High School. Evelyn worked for the City of Fond du Lac until her retirement in 2000. She was a member of Holy Family Parish, Sacred Heart Church Choir, and Christian Women.



She is survived by her niece and god daughter, Theresa (Mike) Anhalt of Fond du Lac; nephews and god sons, Gary (Deb) Anhalt of New Holstein and Charles (Linda) Konen of St. Peter; nieces, Mary (Larry) Potratz, Lynn (Ken) Schnell, and Judy (Scott) Koehn; nephews, Peter (Mardi) Konen, Roger (Anita) Konen, Harold (Carla) Konen, Aloysius (Renee) Konen, and Brian (Joyce) Anhalt; great nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Eugene (Marie) Konen and Harvey (Delphine) Konen; one sister, Dolores (Orville) Anhalt.



The visitation will be held from 9:00 – 11:00 am on Saturday, January 23, 2016 at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home.



The Mass of Christian Burial will take place at 11:30 am on Saturday, January 23, 2016 at Sacred Heart Church. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery.
