Jeanette W. Walthers

Jeanette W. Walthers, 93, expired April 10, 2015 at St. Agnes Hospital. She was born in Oconto Falls, WI on July 4, 1921 a daughter of William and Ella (Lambert) Schuessler. In April of 1941, she married Lester Walthers in Sheboygan, WI. He preceded her in death on February 28, 2000. Jeanette was a former resident of Winnebago Drive in Fond du Lac. She retired from Taycheedah Correctional Institution and moved to Venice, FL.



She is survived by her 2 daughters; Barbara (Fred) Schmolesky and Carolyn (David) Papenfuss, 2 sisters; Marie Korinek Hencsik and Ruby Parve and 2 sisters-in-law; Arlene (Gordon II) Zastrow and Ardyce Schuessler. She was a proud grandmother of 7 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren and 9 great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, her parents, 5 brothers and 2 sisters.



A private family service will be held at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Fond du Lac. Cremation has taken place.



She lived a long, happy life and will be greatly missed by all.
