Juan R. Barboza, Sr.

Juan R. Barboza Sr., 63, of Fond du Lac, died on Tuesday, November 16, 2021, at Frodtert Hospital in Milwaukee, WI. He was born on July 21, 1958, in Laredo, TX, the son of Jose and Maria (Medillin) Barboza. On June 10, 2000, he married Margaret Du Fay. Juan worked at Alliance Laundry for 38 years and retired on August 1, 2021. He was a devout catholic, who was a family man who could make friends wherever he went. Juan loved the outdoors and in his spare time he would be camping or on the golf course.



He is survived by three children, Jessica Barboza, Juan Barboza Jr., and Dominique Martinez; stepdaughter, Angeline (Thomas) Dickmann; five grandchildren; six sisters, Jacqueline, Velma, Ana, Francisca, Leticia, and Diana; and many nieces, nephews, and other relatives. He was preceded in death by his parents, Jose and Maria; wife, Margaret; a brother-in-law; and a niece.



The visitation will be held on Saturday, November 20, 2021, from 2:00 – 5:00 PM at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home. Memorial service will follow the visitation at 5:00 PM at the funeral Home. Cremation has taken place.
