Kathleen A. Hodorff

February 9, 1948 — December 10, 2013

Kathleen A. Hodorff, 65, of the Town of Taycheedah, died Tuesday, December 10, 2013, at her residence following a courageous battle with cancer. She was born February 9, 1948, in Fond du Lac, the daughter of Thomas and Mary Deitte Ferguson. She was a graduate of Goodrich High School. On May 6, 1967, she married James R. Hodorff at Sacred Heart Church. He preceded her in death on October 27, 2006. Kathy's greatest asset was her ability to appreciate the talents of others and make them feel loved and lifted by her presence. Kathy's incredible passion and support for her family and friends have created a legacy that will endure throughout the years. Her most treasured moments were the simple ones"¦enjoying time spoiling her grandchildren, appreciating natures gifts, gathering around a campfire with cherished friends. Her valued time, with her loving family, would find her traveling, fishing, gaming and masterminding home and garden projects. Her adventurous side found her boating, hiking and discovering the outdoors. Those who were blessed to have known her knew she always had helping hands to lend, a kind heart, clever wit and Irish determination to live life to the fullest. Surviving is a son, Thomas (Cammy) Hodorff of Denver, CO, a daughter, Amy (Joe) Loehr of Fond du Lac, six grandchildren, Jakob, Emma, Owen, and Samuel Loehr, and Jack and Elliot Hodorff. Her parents and husband preceded her in death.
