Loretta J. Schultz

Loretta J. Schultz, 88, died Saturday, January 30, 2021 at Woodlands Senior Park in Fond du Lac. She was born in Fond du Lac on December 12, 1932 to Lester and Mabel (Higgins) Kunaschk. On January 22, 1949 she married Clarence Schultz in Fond du Lac. He preceded her in death on December 20, 1987.



Loretta was a loving mother and grandmother who took pride in and lived for the happiness of her family. She loved to watch figure skating, paint crafts, and play cribbage. Loretta was a lifelong member of Church of Peace UCC in Fond du Lac.



Survivors include her son, John (Julie) Schultz of Oshkosh; three daughters, Deborah (Dave) Benkoske of Fond du Lac, Linda (Mark) Somers of Sun City, Ariz., and JoAnne (Todd) Bacon of Menasha; thirteen grandchildren; twenty-five great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Genny Immel and Dee (Ken) Giuntoli, both of Sun City, Ariz. She was preceded in death by her parents and husband; and two daughters, Sherry Bostwick and Peggy Schultz.



Visitation will take place from 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM, Saturday, February 13, 2021 at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home, 524 N. Park Ave. in Fond du Lac. The funeral service will begin at 12:00 PM with Rev. Stephen Stepp officiating. Private entombment in Shrine of Rest Mausoleum, Ledgeview Memorial Park Cemetery will take place on Monday, February 15, 2021.
