Marcia M Hoppman

Marcia M. Hoppman, 82, of Fond du Lac, died Thursday, May12, 2022 at Hospice Home of Hope. She was born on April 30, 1940, in Fond du Lac, the daughter of Charles and Eleanor (Heber) Holtz. Marcia graduated from St. Mary Springs High School in 1958. On July 30, 1960, she married David Hoppman at St. Patrick’s Church in Fond du Lac. Marica and David owned and operated AF Klinzing – Agromatic in Fond du Lac. She was a member of Holy Family Parish, Fond du Lac. Marcia loved playing tennis and played till she was almost 80 years old. She liked to garden, read, and loved raising her family.



She is survived by her husband, David; four children, Steven (fiancée, Janice Gallops) Hoppman, Christopher Hoppman, Julie (Bob) Thurber, and Paul Hoppman; three grandchildren, Jacob Hoppman, Tara (Andrew) Tobias, and Joshua Thurber; great grandson, Isaac Tobias; three sisters, Lois Wick, Charolotte (Bill) Fitzgerald, and Mary (Richard) Mudarri; brother, William Holtz; two sisters-in-law, Diana (Victor) Janule and Charlene Holtz; brother-in-law, Vernon (Jean) Hoppman; and many nieces, nephews, and other relatives. She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Eleanor.



The visitation will be held on Thursday, May 19, 2022, from 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM at Sacred Heart Church, Holy Family Parish. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow the visitation at 12:00 PM. Cremation will follow the service.



The family would like to extend a thank you to nurse Sandy and caregivers, Jackey and Amanda for the care and compassion given to her.
