Paul G. Hass, 56, of Fond du Lac, died Friday, May 8, 2015 at St. Agnes Hospital. He was born October 27, 1958 in Fond du Lac, the son of George and Ruth Schommer Hass. Paul worked as a mechanic for over 35 years for several canning factories; Chiquita, Friday Canning and Mammoth Springs in Eden and Oakfield and most recently Lakeside Foods in Random Lake. Paul was a member of Shepherd of the Hills Catholic Parish in Eden and the Forest Sportsman’s Club. He enjoyed bird hunting, trapshooting, gardening, and watching birds.



He is survived by three brothers, Richard (Kathleen) Hass, Leo (Kathy) Hass, and George Hass, all of Fond du Lac; one sister-in-law, Pattie Hass of Fond du Lac; several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; one sister, Margaret Hass; two brothers, Dale Hass and Dan Hass; aunts, uncles, and other relatives.



The visitation will be held from 4:00 – 7:00 pm on Wednesday, May 13, 2015 at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home.

The funeral service will be held at 7:00 pm on Wednesday, May 13, 2015 at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home with Rev. John Radetski officiating. Burial will be held Thursday in St. Mary’s Cemetery in Eden.



A memorial will be established in Paul’s name.
