Richard L. Redmann,71, of Lomira passed away peacefully, with his family at his side on Monday, August 21,2006 at the Hospice Home of Hope. Richard was born on May 2,1935 in Rosendale, the son of Bruno and Edna Wiese Redmann. On August 31,1957 he married Carol Hunt in Fond du Lac. Richard was employed with Harold Schmidt Trucking, Brownsville for 35 years. In 1988 he became owner of Redmann Trucking, retiring in 1997. After retirement he enjoyed driving part-time for Fond du Lac Mack. Richard was a member of Luther Memorial Church.Richard is survived by his wife Carol, two daughters, Leanne (Dale) Maul, and Barbara (Dan) Bond both of Lomira, three grandchildren, Melissa Thompson (fiancé Brad Bartelt) of Mayville, Jennifer Bond (special friend Josh Dillman of Milwaukee, Joe Bond (special friend Crystal Vancha) of Lomira. Richard is also sur-vived by four sisters, Donna Luther of Lomira, Pat (Norman) Shady, of Fond du Lac, Judy (Jim) Weber, Horicon, Bette (Dave) Wild, Theresa, two brothers, Junior (Diane) Redmann, San Bernidino, California and Ronald Redmann, Theresa. He was preceded in death by his parents, one son Tommy Redmann one brotherLarry Redmann, and one brother-in-law Arnold Luther.



Friends may call on Wednesday, August 23,2006 from 4 to 8:00 P.M. at Uecker- Witt Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held Thursday, August 24,2006 at 12:00 Noon at Luther Memorial Church. Reverend David Naumann will officiate. Burial will follow at Ledgeview Memorial Park Cemetery. Friends may call at the church on Thursday from 11:00 A.M. until the hour of services.Uecker-Witt Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
