Robert L. Griffin

Robert L. Griffin, age 75, passed away on Tuesday, June 16, 2015. He was born on August 22, 1939 in Fond du Lac, the son of Eugene and Marie (Reidle) Griffin. He lived his entire life in Fond du Lac. Bob served in the United States Army in the Armored Division. After the service he was employed at Mercury Marine and retired a member of the Quarter Century Club. Bob enjoyed traveling to Hawaii, trap shooting, bicycling, and spending time with his family.



SURVIVORS: one brother, Daniel (Shirley) Griffin of Fond du Lac; two sisters, Mary (Walter) Swartley of Seattle, and Catherine (Daniel) Wyrobeck of Fond du Lac; numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father and mother; his step-mother Mary (Deitte) Griffin; three brothers, Eugene “Buddy”, Frank, and John; and one nephews, Russell.



Private family services will be held and cremation has taken place. Interment will take place at Calvary Cemetery.
