Schawna M. Jones

Schawna M. Jones, 46, passed away peacefully with her mother at her side on Tuesday September 2, 2014 at her home in Fond du Lac. She was born in Fond du Lac on January 25, 1968, the daughter of Robert and Diane (Czoschke) Jones.



She really loved plants, flowers, gardening and yard work. Schawna especially loved animals. Her dog, Barnie, never left her side, day or night. She loved to spend time with her family and friends.



Schawna is survived by her daughter Miranda Lobajeski, her mother Diane Bloedorn, her grandmother Joanne (Robert) Ahrens and aunts, uncles and other relatives. She was preceded in death by her brother Peter Jones, her father Robert Jones, her stepfather Craig Bloedorn, her uncle Chris Czoschke and her grandparents.



FUNERAL INFORMATION



A visitation for Schawna will be held Saturday, September 6, 2014 from 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM at the Uecker-Witt Funeral Home, 524 N. Park Ave. in Fond du Lac. A celebration of Schawna’s life will follow the visitation at 4:00 PM with Pastor Ken Nabi presiding. Cremation will follow the services and inurnment in Chapel of the Risen Christ Mausoleum, Calvary Cemetery will take place at a later date.



The family would like to extend a special thank you to her Facebook friends who accompanied her on her journey, to her friend Jason Somer and to the nursing staff of Agnesian Hospice Hope.



In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established in Shawna’s name.
