Sharon Lynn Rady

Sharon Lynn Rady, age 78, passed away on Friday, January 4, 2019 at Odd Fellow Home in Green Bay. She was born on October 14, 1940, in Fond du Lac, the daughter of Arley and Lena (Perron) Welch. On June 27, 1959, she married Lee John Rady. He preceded her in death on November 20, 2016. Sharon over the years had worked at Prange’s in the wig department, Hurricane Restaurant, Donutland, Lauers Restaurant, and the Holiday Inn restaurant. She was very involved in church while at Presentation Church in North Fond du Lac.



She was a wonderful supporter of Girl Scouts-she was a Girl Scout Leader and also coached softball with her husband. She was a devoted Mom and Grandma. She loved her kids and grandchildren and was attending concerts and sporting events to support her family.



Survivors include five children, John (Pam) Rady of Oconomowoc, WI, Joan Rady of Milwaukee, Jodie Rady of Milwaukee, Jacqueline (Danny) Trochil of Green Bay, Jeffery Rady of Fond du Lac; grandchildren, Thomas (Laura), Stephanie, Amanda (Alex), Victoria, Jedidiah (Whitney), Dan, David, Kayln (Justin), Kyle, Payge (Jon), Corey, Christian, Dallas, Jaiden, and Abigail; and many great-grandchildren; two brothers, Richard Welch and Arlan (Ruth) Welch; one sister-in-law, Deanna Volz of Campbellsport; and many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Lee; one sister-in-law, Jean; and one brother-in-law, Joe.



Visitation will take place on Saturday, January 12, 2019 from 9-11 AM at Sacred Heart Church-Holy Family, 200 S. Peters Ave, Fond du Lac, WI, 54935. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow the visitation on Saturday at the church at 11:00 AM. Burial will follow at Rienzi Cemetery.
