Stanley L. Edwards

Stanley L. Edwards, 60 formerly of Fond du Lac and a resident of Appleton, died Wednesday, November 7, 2012 at University Hospital & Clinics, Madison. Stan was born in Fond du Lac on March18, 1952 the son of Clarence "Blackie" and Agnes Pirkov Edwards. He was a graduate of Goodrich High School Class of 1970. He was employed as an electrician with Appleton Medical Center and most recently was an over the road semi truck driver for Roehl Trucking, Appleton. Stan was an avid soccer player and coached the soccer team for Appleton Medical Center. He enjoyed hunting and fishing.SURVIVORS: Stan is survived by two sons, Stan C. (wife Alexa) Edwards and their children Zachary, Vivian and Matthew of Kingsport, TN and Eric (fiancé Kerrie Snyder) Edwards and his son Orion of Kingsport, TN. He is further survived by his mother Agnes Edwards, Fond du Lac.He was preceded in death by his father, Clarence "Blackie" Edwards and a brother Matthew Edwards



VISITATION: Family will receive friends on Tuesday, November 13, 2012 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at St. Paul's Cathedral, 51 West Division Street, Fond du Lac. FUNERAL Memorial Services will be held at 11:00 AM , Tuesday, November 13, 2012 at St. Paul's Cathedral with Very Rev. Brian Beno officiating. Cremation has taken place with inurnment in the Cathedral Columbarium.In lieu of flowers memorials appreciated to St. Paul's Cathedral in Stan's name.Uecker-Witt Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
