Thomas A. Schneider, 61, of 217 Wilkins Street, died Friday, January 13, 2006, at St. Agnes Hospital. He was born January 29, 1944, in Waukesha, the son of Walter and Margaret Nikolaus Schneider. On February 13, 1965, he married the love of his life, Judy Moon at the Church of Peace-United Church of Christ where he currently is a member. Thomas was formerly employed by Fluor Brothers Construction of Oshkosh for more than 25 years as a carpenter. He was a member of Eagles Aerie #270 and the National Rifle Association. Surviving is his wife, Judy, a daughter, Robin (Vince) Humphreys of Parker, CO, two sons, Clint (Tracy) Schneider of Fond du Lac, and Skip (Angela) Schneider of Lomira, five grandchildren, Chelsea, Kylee, Skylar, Kelsey, and Alexys, three step-grandchildren, Samantha, Jennifer, and Bradley, three sisters, Regina Christie of Appleton, Katherine (Alex) Sanstevan of Trinidad, CO, and Margaret (Glen) Nelson of Ft. Myers, FL, five brothers, Eugene Schneider and Jim (Friend Pam) Schneider both of Plainfield, WI, Wally (Diane) Schneider of Slinger, WI, Mike (Marge) Schneider of Schenectady, NY, and Pat (Elaine) Schneider of Ft. Myers, FL. Further surviving are nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives and friends. His parents, a brother, Peter Schneider, and his mother and father-in-law, Bennie and Millie Moon preceded him in death.



Visitation for Mr. Thomas A. Schneider will be on Monday, January 16, 2006, from 2 to 7 pm at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home. Funeral services will be on Monday at 7 pm at the funeral home. The Rev. Virginia Pych will officiate and cremation will follow the services. A memorial has been established in Mr. Schneider's name. He will be missed by his family and friends.
