Virginia Alvarado

November 5, 1943 — August 20, 2010

Virginia Alvarado, 66, of Fond du Lac, went to be with her heavenly Father Friday, August 20, 2010 at her residence in the loving care of her family and friends. She was born November 5, 1943 in Alamo, Texas, the daughter of Braulio and Carmen Castaneda Arriaga. Virginia married Manuel Alvarado in Texas and he preceded her in death. She was a member of First Baptist Church. Virginia was a very active volunteer in the community and also went on two missions to El Salvador and New Orleans. She enjoyed spending time with friends, biking, walking, reading, cooking, gardening and loved spending time with her grandchildren. SURVIVORS: four daughters, Sylvia Pamperin, Larsen, WI, Sandra Alvarado, Theresa, WI, Diana Alvarado, Fond du Lac, WI, Isabel Clark, Fond du Lac, WI; seven grandchildren, Jason, Michael and Amy Pamperin, Alicia Cardenas, Phillip Alvarado, Melissa Schwartz, Matthew Clark; one great-grandchild, Josiah Pamperin. She is further survived by her siblings, Max Arriaga, Joe Arriaga, both of Brownwood, TX, Rebecca Bauer, Weyerhaeuser, WI, Emelia Gonzalez, Sheboygan, WI, Arnulfo Arriaga, Juliana Navejar, Braulio Arriaga, Nativiead Ruiz, all of Brownwood, TX; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; her ex-husband, Manuel; one grandson, Justin Schwartz; one brother, Antonio Arriaga.



VISITATION: will be from 3:30 "“ 5 PM on Monday, August 23, 2010 at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home. The funeral services will be held at 5 PM on Monday, August 23, 2010 at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home with Rev. Larry Witt officiating. Cremation will follow the traditional services.
