Virginia E. Fero

Virginia E. "Ginny" Fero, 81 formerly of 43 North Marr Street, and a resident of the Fond du Lac Lutheran Home for the past 2 ½ years died Monday, July 3,2006 at the Fond du Lac Lutheran Home. Virginia was born in Fond du Lac on June 16,1925 the daughter of Henry "Butch" and Josephine Sipple Krug. She married Clyde R. Fero in 1946. Virginia worked at Infant Sock's and later worked at Canvas Products for over 40 years. She was a member of Holy Family Parish-St. Marty's Church. She enjoyed sewing, gardening,word search and was an avid reader.Survivors include her husband, Clyde Fero, Fond du Lac, two children, Richard (JoAnne) Fero, Fond du Lac and Beverly (Terry) Friday, Pine River, WI, four grandchildren, Cory Friday, Berlin, Michelle (Shawn) Sonnentag, Berlin, Laura Kremer, Fond du Lac, and Christy Zibolsky, Fond du Lac, eight great-grandchildren.Virginia was preceded in death by her parents, a brother, Kenneth Krug.



VISITATION: Friends may call on Thursday, July 6,2006 from 9:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. at the Uecker-Witt Funeral Home. FUNERAL: A Liturgy of The Word Service will be held Thursday, July 6,2006 at 11:00 A.M. at the funeral home. Deacon Larry Hughes will officiate. Entombment will follow at the Shrine of Rest Mausoleum, Ledgeview Memorial Park.Memorials appreciated to the Alzheimers Disease Association.Uecker-Witt Funeral Home is serving the family.
