Wendy M. Tamm

Wendy M. Tamm, 66, of Fond du Lac, died Sunday, January 22, 2017 at the Hospice Home of Hope. She was born in Hartford on July 2, 1950, the only daughter of Richard and Margaret (Meyer) Davison. On November 6, 1976, Wendy married Lendor Tamm at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Brownsville.



Wendy loved her children and grandchildren. Time with her family was most important to her. Wendy also enjoyed cooking for her family and friends, always making sure that everyone had a home-cooked meal.



Survivors include her husband, Lendor; nine children, Amy (Tim) Steinbach, Michelle (Cory) Corbeille, Jamie (Tami), Jenny (Lance) Penn, Kristy (Joseph) Schoebel, Cassie Tamm (Patrick Fox), Ashley (Mike) Will, Jeremy (Ashley Bloch) and Katy Luna. She is further survived by twenty-five grandchildren, Ben and Erica Steinbach, Kayla and Jakob Corbeille, Katelyn and Zoe Tamm, Zackary and Austin Will, William, Carter, Gavin and Emma Penn, Sawyer and Rosie Schoebel, Sydney and Brady Van Egtern, Janie, Jocie and Jace Holzheimer, Isaac Fox, Isabelle, Brianna and Sullivan Will, and Gabriel and Olivia Luna; her brother, Jerrold (Juliann); a brother-in-law, Frank Glisch; a sister-in-law, Marion (Kenneth) Van Der Voort; nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Dennis; and a sister-in-law, Mary Jane Glisch.



Visitation will be held from 5-8 PM, Friday, January 27, 2017, at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home, 524 N. Park Ave. in Fond du Lac. Funeral service will begin at 11 AM on Saturday, January 28, 2017 at St. Peter’s Evangelical Lutheran Church, 1600 S. Main St. in Fond du Lac. Visitation at church will begin at 9 AM and continue until the time of service. Cremation will follow the services.



The family extends a thank you to Habor Haven rehabilitation center and to Hospice House of Hope for the wonderful care and support they provided to our mom during her stay.
