Bobbie Lee France, age 57, of Fond du Lac, died Tuesday, June 25, 2024, at St. Agnes Hospital. She was born on February 3, 1967, in Schenectady, New York, the daughter of Lillian DiDonna. Bobbie loved listening to music from the 70’s-Janis Joplin was her favorite. She enjoyed going out to sing karaoke. She loved spending time with her grandkids as much as possible. She was an oriental enthusiast and loved collecting trinkets and figurines from China and Japan. Her apartment was filled with all sorts of these beautiful things. She loved decorating with them and showing it off. She loved being with friends and talking to family from back home in New York. She had a unique and silly sense of humor. If you dished it, she would give it right back. She would cook some of the best Italian cuisine you’ve ever tasted!
Bobbie at one time had an excelling singing voice and could brighten up any room with her infectious laughter and smile. Bobbie was obsessed with finding Bigfoot. She was a massive animal lover. She had two kitties, Bella and Baby-who were her fur babies. They have been with her for 15 years! Bobbie was a five time cancer survivor. She had been recently rediagnosed with cancer. She was extremely proud of her Italian heritage. She was tough as nails and fought the hardest and best fight that she could. Unfortunately she lost the battle to pneumonia and passed away at SSM Health on June 25, 2024.
Bobbie was an amazing, thoughtful and giving person and will be sorely missed by all that had been and are in her life.
