Bonnie J. Krug

Bonnie J. Krug Bonnie J. Krug, 74, of 1101 Michigan Avenue, North Fond du Lac, died Wednesday, August 25, 2010, at the Hospice Home of Hope. She was born August 8, 1936, in Fond du Lac, the daughter of William L. and Blanche H. Rahl Snyder. On August 27, 1960, she married Lyle C. Krug at the Church of Peace. She and her husband moved to Milwaukee and lived there until 1988, moving to Raleigh, NC for three years before returning to Fond du Lac in 1991. She graduated from Willow Lawn Grade School in 1950, was a 1954 graduate of Fond du Lac High School, later attending Marian College and received her teaching degree. She taught in country schools for four years. Bonnie was a member of the Daughters of The American Revolution, was active in several school organizations, including the PTO and Brownies. She was a member of St. Paul's Evangelical Lutheran Church. She was Foster Mother to eight infant foster children. Surviving is her husband, two daughters, Billie Jo (Joel) Tyryfter of Franksville, WI, and Katrina K. Lindeen of Fond du Lac, a son, Lyle C. Krug, Jr. of North Fond du Lac, two granddaughters, Steffanie Rae (Mickey) Smerling of Milton, FL, and Jeanna (Fiancé Dave Cole) Farley of Burlington, WI, and two brothers, Daniel Snyder of Fond du Lac, and Rick (Betty) Snyder of Eden, a sister-in-law, Carole Snyder of Fond du Lac, aunts, nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends. Her parents, and a brother, Bill Snyder preceded her in death



Visitation for Bonnie J. Krug will be on Sunday, August 29, 2010, from 4 to 8 PM at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home, and from 9:30 to 10:30AM at St. Paul's Evangelical Lutheran Church, 1010 Adams Avenue, North Fond du Lac on Monday, August 30th. Funeral services will be at 10:30 AM on Monday at the church. The Rev. Michael Kampman will officiate and burial will be in the Town of Forest Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to St. Paul's Evangelical Lutheran Church Building Fund.
