Brenna Mae Slavik

Brenna Mae Slavik, 17, of Fond du Lac, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, September 16, 2026, at Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin with her loving family at her side. She was born in Fond du Lac, WI on July 20, 2009, the daughter of Christina and Jeremy Slavik.

Brenna was a student at Fond du Lac High School where she just began her senior year. She was a beautiful soul with a smile that could light up a room and a heart that was simply too big for words. She was kind, compassionate, loving, generous, and fiercely strong. She went out of her way to make others feel included and loved. Throughout her life, Brenna faced many challenges with a courage that inspired everyone fortunate enough to know her.

Brenna found joy in the simple things and treasured the people she loved. She enjoyed playing soccer, doing crafts, building legos, collecting squishies, shopping, walking along the beach and picking out seashells, putting together puzzles, and, most of all, spending time with her family and friends. The memories she created with those she loved will forever be treasured.

Brenna will be deeply missed by her parents, Christina Mae and Jeremy Jon Slavik; her sister, Hailey (Brock) Wehling; her brother, Kaden Slavik; and her beloved dog, Bentley Lollipop Slavik. She is also survived by her grandparents, Nancy Fields and Barb Jilot; her aunts, uncles, and cousins, Eric (Dawn), Lily and Charlie Fields; Renae (Brian), Kiersten, Kaitlyn and Taylor Winter; and Chris (Nicole) and Chase Slavik; her godmother, Angie (Chris) and Zachary Lefeber; and many extended family members and dear friends who loved her dearly. Brenna was preceded in death by her Papa, Terry Fields, and her Grandpa, Lawrence Slavik.

Although Brenna's life was far too short, the love she gave and the memories she created will last forever. Her beautiful smile, kind heart, sweet spirit, and incredible strength will remain in the hearts of everyone who knew and loved her.

Forever loved. Forever remembered. Forever seventeen.

The visitation will be held on Friday, September 25, 2026, from 4:00 - 8:00 PM at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home, 524 North Park Avenue, Fond du Lac, WI, 54935. Additional visitation will be held on Saturday, September 26, 2026, from 9:00 - 11:00 AM at Church of Peace UCC, 158 S. Military Rd., Fond du Lac, WI 54935. The funeral service will follow the visitation at 11:00 AM with burial to follow at Estabrooks Cemetery, N6782 Esterbrook Road, Fond du Lac, 54937. Cremation has taken place.

In lieu of flowers, please make a monetary donation towards the annual toy drive that Brenna and her family started in 2020. The items bought go to Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin for the toy closet that Brenna loved so much and also to the Ronald McDonald House in Milwaukee.
