Carmen F. Cicero-Taylor

armen F. Cicero-Taylor, 62, of Malone, died Tuesday, November 22, 2022 at St. Agnes Hospital. She was born September 26, 1960 in Milwaukee, the daughter of Carmello and Betty (Briggs) Cicero. On October 18, 2003 Carmen married James Taylor Jr.

She enjoyed gardening, dancing, arts and crafts, and loved to fish. She also loved her cats, Squeak, Chloe, Crimson, and Hailey.

She is survived by her husband, James; six siblings, Antonia (late John) Stamos, Maria (Mike) Czarnecki, Roseann (Buck Block) Cicero, JoJo (Randy Bash Sr.) Cicero, Joe Cicero, and John Cicero; sister-in-law, JoAnn Cicero; many nieces, nephews, and relatives. She was preceded in death by her parents and mother-in-law, Susanne Taylor.

The visitation will be held Thursday, December 1, 2022 from 1:00 – 2:00 PM at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow at 2:00 PM on Thursday at the funeral home. Cremation will follow the traditional services.
