Carter Jay Tetzlaff

Carter Jay Tetzlaff, born Aprl 20, 2017, passed away in the presence of family and loved ones at 12:15 PM on June 12, 2017 at Children’s Hospital in Milwaukee.



Carter is survived by his parents, Jason and Katie of Fond du Lac, and older brother, Austin; maternal grandparents, Stephen and Patricia Groesbeck of Fond du Lac; paternal grandparents, Darwin and Lisa Mielke of Rosendale; and paternal great-grandmother, Diane Vincent of Fond du Lac. He is further survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and loved ones.



Carter gave us a lifetime of love during his short time on earth.



Visitation will be held from 9:00 AM – 11:30 AM on Saturday, June 17, 2017 at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home, 524 N. Park Ave. in Fond du Lac. A memorial service will begin at 11:30 AM followed by burial in Calvary Cemetery.
