Dayle A. Hays

Dayle A. Hays, age 40, of 180 N. Butler St, #13, Fond du Lac, died Thursday, May 18, 2006 at his residence. He was born on January 15, 1966 in Torrence, CA the son of Jerry Hayes and Judy DuPriest. On November 4,1998 he married Cara Krogerson in Las Vegas, NV. He was a crossing guard on Thursday's at Parkside School. He volunteered his time at Advocap Head Start. Dayle loved the outdoors and especially fishing at Lakeside Park. SURVIVORS: his wife Cara of Fond du Lac, four daughters, Catherine Diane Hays, Mercedez Dawn Hays, Keiley Marie Hays, and Samantha Lynn Josephine Hays, his mother Judy Brown, sister, Rebecca (Tim) Carlson, brother Brian (Holly) Hayes, brother, Robert (Gina) Hays. He was preceded in death by his father Jerry Hayes, two children, Christie Allen Hays and Christopher Daniel Hays.



VISITATION: Thursday, May 25, 2006 from 2-4 P.M. at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home. FUNERAL: Thursday, May 25, 2006 at 4:00 P.M. at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home with the Reverend Dr. Martin Koehler officiating. Cremation will follow the services. Uecker-Witt Funeral Home is serving the family.
