Dean K. Pautsch

Dean K. Pautsch, 64, passed away peacefully on Friday, May 2, 2025, at Whispering Pines Nursing and Rehab in Ripon. He was born on September 26, 1960, in Waupun, the son of Keith and Violette (Kollmann) Pautsch. He enjoyed watching cartoons, the Packers, cows, and stuffed animals.

He is survived by his father, Keith; his siblings, Regina (Doug) Theisen, Renee (Tom Schuettpelz) Breister, Darren (Jenny) Pautsch, and Roxanne (Jon) Kollmann; nieces and nephews, Noah (Hallie) Theisen, Eli Theisen, Leah Theisen, Adam Breister, Andrew Breister, Alyssa (Corey) Wendt, Caitlyn Pautsch, Brady (Chloe) Kollmann, Brittany Kollmann, and Brennan Kollmann; three great-nephews, Leland Wendt, and Theo and Miles Kollmann; and many other relatives.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Violette; infant brother, Daryl Pautsch; paternal grandparents, Oris and Dena Pautsch; maternal grandparents, Rudolph and Alpha Kollmann; brother-in-law, Greg Breister; and other relatives.

The visitation will be held on Thursday, May 8, 2025, from 4:00 PM until 5:00 PM at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home. A funeral service will directly follow the visitation at the funeral home at 5:00 PM. Cremation has taken place and burial will take place at a later date at Avoca Cemetery in Oakfield.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are appreciated to Winnebago Lutheran Academy, Whispering Pines Nursing and Rehab, or SSM Hospice in Dean’s name.

The family extends a special thank you to the staff of Whispering Pines and SSM Hospice for the care and compassion given to Dean and his family.
