Frank F. Kollmann, Jr.

Frank F. Kollmann, Jr., 94, of Van Dyne, died Saturday, August 6, 2022, at Edenbrook of Fond du Lac. He was born on March 31, 1928, in Fond du Lac, the son of Frank Sr. and Leona (Weber) Kollmann. Frank was a dairy farmer. On July 13, 1963, he married Donna Brown in Fond du Lac. Frank was a member of St. Paul’s Evangelical Lutheran Church in North Fond du Lac and the Van Dyne Volunteer Fire Department. He enjoyed singing, dancing, bowling, and country music.



Frank is survived by his wife, Donna; seven sons, Mark (Sandy), Scott, Paul (Dyanne), Steve (Jean), Jon (Roxanne), Michael, and Bob (Jill) Kollmann; 17 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; five great great grandchildren; two brothers, Del (Joan) and Jim (Marlene) Kollmann; daughter-in-law, Susie Kollmann; siblings-in-laws, Henry (Sheryl) Brown, Pat Streblow, Jim Brown and Pete (Trish) Reitz; step grandchildren and step great grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, and other relatives. He was preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Leona; 1st wife, Dorothy; son, Kurt Kollmann; granddaughter, Jessica Kollmann; parents-in-law, Donald and Dorothy Brown; sister, Annabelle (Owen) Winn; and siblings-in-law, Sandy Reitz, Bob (Bev) Essmann, Albert Essmann, Margaret (Red) Jacobs, and Ruth (George) Kastorff.



The visitation will be held on Monday, August 15, 2022, from 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM at St. Paul’s Evangelical Lutheran Church, North Fond du Lac. Memorial service will follow the visitation at 12:00 PM at church. Cremation has taken place.



Donations can be made in Frank’s name and be directed to St. Paul’s Evangelical Lutheran Church and Heartland Hospice.
