Geraldine "Gerry" M. Justman

Geraldine “Gerry” M. Justman, 85, of Fond du Lac, passed away peacefully Sunday, August 8, 2021, at Villa Rosa Assisted Living in Mt. Calvary, WI.



Gerry was born August 26, 1935, to Harold and Hazel (Allen) Doolan of Fond du Lac. On June 7, 1958 Gerry married Clinton “Bud” Justman at Division Street Methodist Church in Fond du Lac.



Gerry worked as a beautician at Amanda’s, Don Edwards Coiffures and Judy’s Beauty Nook all of Fond du Lac. She retired in 2004 after 49 years in the profession. Gerry enjoyed spending time with family and friends. Over the years she enjoyed bowling, going to the summer concerts at Buttermilk Park, reading and playing games. More recently she enjoyed playing hand games and doing word search books. She also enjoyed watching the Brewers, the Game Show Network and Hallmark Movies.



Gerry will be missed by her two sisters, Edith “DeeDee” Faul of St. Cloud and Barb (Gary) Riesenberg of Shawano; nieces, Marie (Larry) Rietbrock (Ashley and Kaitlin) of Ada, Deann (Todd) Sippel of St. Cloud, Cathy (Jason) Kujawski (Hanna) of Newton, Lynn (Randy) Trochil, Kris (Brian) Johnson, Tami (Jeff) Goers and nephew, Greg Riesenberg all of Shawano and many other family members and friends.



Gerry was preceded in death by her husband, Clinton “Bud” Justman, on November 4, 2001; brother-in-law, Anthony “Tony” Faul, her parents and in laws as well as other family and friends.



Visitation will take place on Friday, August 13, 2021, from 5-7 PM at Uecker-Witt Funeral. A memorial service will follow the visitation at the funeral home at 7:00 PM. Cremation has taken place. Interment will take place at Ledgeview Memorial Park.

Gerry’s family would like to thank the nurses and staff at the Villa Rosa in Mt. Calvary for the special care that was given over the past four and a half years - especially Kate, Lori and Katie. They would also like to thank Agnesian Hospice Hope of Fond du Lac for their wonderful compassion and kind care over the past several months.
