Jacob C. Whittaker

With heavy hearts, Jacob C. Whittaker, age 30, at peace in the arms of our creator on Tuesday, September 8, 2026. He was born on April 28, 1996, in Fond du Lac, the son of Carl and Patricia (Schneider) Whittaker. Jacob graduated from Fond du Lac High School in 2014. He was formerly employed by XPO Logistics as a forklift driver. Jacob was friends to many, and Kayla says he was her first best friend. He had a heart of gold and was funny and loyal. Jacob enjoyed hunting, fishing, cooking, and shopping online. Carl will miss his go-to shopping buddy. Jacob was a very caring person to friends and family or even a person on the street at McDonald’s that needed food. He will be missed at deer camp as the top chef, and heavy on the hot sauce. Sleep well Jacob, laugh loud, and see you on the other side.

Survivors include his parents, Carl and Pat Whittaker; his siblings, Ryan Whittaker and Kayla Whittaker; his four-legged friend, Gracie; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Louis and Dorothy Whittaker; maternal grandparents, Harvey and Lorraine Schneider; and his aunts and uncles including godfather, Bill Whittaker, as well as Janet, Jean, and Mel Whittaker.

Visitation will take place on Friday, September 18, 2026, from 1:00 PM until 3:00 PM at Holy Family Church, 271, 4th St. Way, Fond du Lac, WI, 54937. A funeral mass will follow the visitation at the church at 3:00 PM. Cremation will follow the service. Interment will take place at St. Mary’s Marytown Cemetery at a later date.
