Jerome “Jerry” Snider, age 69, of Sugar Camp, WI, died unexpectedly on July 30, 2022, as the result of an accident. He was born on October 9, 1952, the son of Wilson and Virginia Snider. Jerry graduated from Goodrich High School in 1970. He worked at Mercury Marine for over 24 years. Jerry then held multiple jobs in sales which capitalized on his outgoing personality and genuine care for helping people. Those jobs involved the outdoors, an area which he loved. They ranged from selling large wood working tools and snow removal equipment, to ATV equipment, and boats. He was currently employed by Richie Oil and Propane in Minoqua. Jerry had a love of country music. He enjoyed hunting and fishing with his nephew Mark Kollman, boating and going to Badger games.
Survivors include his son, Jim (Jenna) Snider and their children, Stella and Dakota, his daughter Jill (Ryan) Neils and their children, Brady and Jordy; his sister, Jeanne Kollman, sister-in-law, Sue Snider; and nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; one brother, John Snider; one brother-in-law, Dick Kollman.
Visitation will take place on Monday, August 22, 2022, from 12 noon until 1:30 PM at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home. A funeral service will follow the visitation at the funeral home at 1:30 PM. Cremation has taken place.
