Joseph “Joe” E. Hall, age 58, of Fond du Lac, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, August 5, 2024, at St. Agnes Hospital in Fond du Lac. Joe is survived by his high school sweetheart and adored wife: JoAnn Hall; two “chitlenz“ children: Dana and Ian Hall; worshiped pet dog; Father: Richard Hall; Mother: Sandra Hall; Sister: Rhonda (Pat) Schultz; two nephews: Collin (Shannon) West and Tanner (Lauren Pierson) Schultz; mother-in-law: Barbara Buxbaum; siblings-in-law: Sue (Scott) Esson and Kathy Williams; sister-in-law: Bobby Buxbaum; nieces: Becky, Rachel (Keith), Katie, and Christina; and great nephew: Jordan.
He will be most remembered for his love of family and holidays; cooking and baking abilities; and his joy of traveling and the outdoors. Joe loved his wife and children and was fiercely loyal, supportive, and protective of those closest to him. With a strong moral compass and kind soul, he made those he met feel welcome and comfortable. He was an animal “whisperer” with a big heart for pets in need, helping wayward kittens through Sandy Paws Pet Rescue. You could find Joe on Sunday enjoying a good scotch while cheering on the Packers.
