Judith A. Eggers

Judith A. Eggers, 79, of Beaver Dam, died Friday, November 24, 2023, at Prairie Ridge Assisted Living in Beaver Dam. She was born on December 31, 1943, in Oakfield, the daughter of Rudolph and Alpha (Greene) Kollmann. On July 15, 1961, she married Joseph Eggers in Oakfield. Judith was a member of Faith Lutheran Church, Fond du Lac. She enjoyed artek painting, being an Avon representative, playing cards with the family, bingo, puzzles, and gardening. Her greatest love was spending time with family and especially her grandchildren.

She is survived by a daughter, Jennifer (Randy) Martel; three grandchildren, Ryan (Mandy) Martel, Kelsey (fiancée, Jacob Ballweg) Martel, and Kayla (fiancée, Connor Zingarelli) Martel; seven siblings, Rudolph A. Kollmann Jr., Violette (Keith) Pautsch, Gloria (James) Eggers, Lora Moss, Sam (Linda) Kollmann, Jim (Anne) Kollmann, and Mary (Ron) Eagan; and many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Joseph; sister, Nancy Weckwerth; and two nephews, Aaron Eagan and Rudy Kollmann III.

The visitation will be held on Saturday, December 2, 2023, from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow the visitation at 1:00 PM at the funeral Home. Cremation has taken place and a private family burial will occur at Ledgeview Memorial Park Cemetery.

The family would like to give a sincere thank you to the staff at Prairie Ridge Assisted Living, and the hospice nurses for going above and beyond the care they gave my Mom. Also, the family would like to extend a thank you to Uecker-Witt for helping us with all of the arrangements.
