Lynette "Lynn" M. Krohn

Lynette “Lynn” M. Krohn, 88, of Fond du Lac, died Thursday, June 18, 2026. She was born March 5, 1938 in Fond du Lac, the daughter of Earl and Irma (Reichert) Guell. On October 19, 1957 she married Wayne A. Krohn in Fond du Lac and he preceded her in death on February 8, 2002.

Lynn was employed by the phone company as a switchboard operator before having her children. She was a lifelong member of Salem United Methodist Church and sang in the choir. She also was a member of Eagles Aerie #270 and the Red Hat Society.

Lynn was an avid bowler and proud to get high games and series. She loved to sing, bowl, play cards, dance, play pool, golf, and have an Old Fashioned. Lynn loved spending time with her family and friends.

She is survived by her children, Diane (Jeff Gabriel) Knighton, Randy (Laura) Krohn, and Jim (Amy) Krohn; four grandchildren, Alyssa (Nikki) Knighton, Alex (Isabelle) Knighton, Emily Krohn, and Madison Krohn; two great grandchildren, Malcolm and Desmond; sister, Kay Salzwedel; and other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Wayne.

The visitation will be held Monday, June 29, 2026 from 10:00 – 11:30 AM at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home. The funeral service will be held at 11:30 AM on Monday at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Rienzi Cemetery.
