Margaret J. Mccrory

Mrs. Margaret J. McCrory, 98, formerly of 341 E. 10th Street, died Monday, April 4, 2005, at Grancare Nursing Home, where she had been a resident for the past two years. She was born August 7, 1906, in North Fond du Lac, a daughter of Dee and Mabel Roblee Willis. On August 5, 1926, she married E. Jerome "Jerry" McCrory at St. Joseph's Church in Fond du Lac. He preceded her in death on November 28, 1989. Mrs. McCrory was a member of Holy Family Parish-St. Joseph's Church and St. Joseph's Catholic Women since 1926. She enjoyed bowling and was secretary of her league for many years. Margaret was a 1923 graduate of Fond du Lac High School. Several nieces and nephews survive her. Her parents, husband, a brother, Thomas Willis and one sister, Athaleen Lloyd preceded her in death.



Visitation for Mrs. Margaret J. McCrory will be on Thursday, April 14, 2005, from 9:30 to 10:30 am at St. Joseph's Church. A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:30 am on Thursday at the church. The Rev.John Radetski of Holy Family Parish will officiate and burial will be in Calvary Cemetery. Uecker-Witt Funeral Home is serving the family.
